I cannot create an account on the website
If you cannot create a new account online, this can be for 2 reasons:
Reason 1: Your email already exists in our database
If you know your password, then you can access your account online.
If you do not know your password, go to the section ‘Problems obtaining your password?’ and follow the instructions.
Reason 2: Your ID OR Passport already exists in our database
Please contact our Reservations Department (email@example.com) and include your ID/Passport number and your date of birth so that we can locate your details and add you email to your account.
Once your email has been added, you can reset your password following the instructions given under the section Having difficulties obtaining your password?.
