Absolutely delighted with the service. Directions to shuttle bus pick up at airport were clear and we waited only 15 mins. The staff gave me a nice personal welcome at the desk. There was no wait time. The car was parked directly in front of the office. No need to hunt for it in a big car park. The return process was easy and it was great that I could watch the car being inspected. The bus driver was super friendly. Best car hire experience I have ever had.

I think it was the easiest and smoothest car rental I ever experienced and we travel a lot in and out Europe. The price was unbeatable for full cover insurance, really you do not need to worry about anything. The car was good, shuttle to airport without any problem. Definitely will rent again!

Best rental car I've ever rented in. Price very satisfied based on the car types. Pickup car was smoothly and no need for deposit only they charged you 129€ for fuel, once you return the car with full tank then you receive your charge. I have small notice, tires was close to die but not bad. Also they have a bus shuttle to take you from and to airport. I hope it's not the last time for renting with them.

I highly recommend this car rental company. It's not the first time I've rented a car from Centauro in Bergamo. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Although the office is located outside the airport, the company provides clear and easy instructions for the shuttle bus, which takes you directly to the office. We waited no more than 10 minutes at P1. The car was clean and well-maintained, with no mechanical issues. An additional driver was included for free. For a car worth approximately €40,000, we paid only €125 for the fuel deposit, with no security deposit required. The full fuel deposit was refunded within one day. I can't speak for other Centauro locations, but this one is highly recommended.

Best experience so far with car rentals in Italy. We paid online, there was no extra charges no surprises and no 'we're gonna keep 400 euro hostage until you come back maybe even more'

Car provided for my one week rental. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The service provided by staff was great. It was easy to locate the office in the airport and fairly smooth to return the car at the airport after rental. I would use Centauro again.

I recommend centauro. We took a car with premium package which covered everything and we did not have to worry. In the first car we noticed a defect but it was not a problem to switch a car. The return was express managed by very kind and nice Angela who also drop us off to the airport. Money for fuel returned next day.

This will be my 'go-to' office whenever i want to rent a car in Bologna. The directions for shuttle was very clear. Shuttle picked us up with only 5 minutes waiting time. The service in the office was fast; with full coverage you only deposit for fuel; since we respected full to full policy; the refund was provided when we arrived. When we returned the car the inspection and shuttle process were completed within 5 minutes. The ladies in the office are very kind and helpful.
