The car was booked in advance on the website. We arrived at Fiumicino Airport. Within 15-20 minutes a minibus (shuttle) arrived, picked us up and took us to the location. The documents were processed quickly, a second driver was added for free. The amount for a full tank was blocked and we went on a five-day trip. The car is excellent. When we returned the car, the next day they returned the money for a full tank. Thank you for the service. 👍👍💕

I think it was the easiest and smoothest car rental I ever experienced and we travel a lot in and out Europe. The price was unbeatable for full cover insurance, really you do not need to worry about anything. The car was good, shuttle to airport without any problem. Definitely will rent again!

Professional, Honest, uncomplicated. We rented a Car for 4 days and gave it back a little early. The staff was very understanding and there were no complications. A free transport from the Airport to the rental place and back is included. The fuel-deposit is not immediately refunded but that is no reason for me to lower the rating. Fantastic experience. I can highly recommend

Very good and trustworthy service, everything was smooth, from the pick-up at the airport to picking up the car. The instructions provided in the confirmation email were clear and explanatory. The car was really clean and in good condition, and it had CarPlay as well which is very useful when traveling. I liked that there were no hidden fees or other deposits needed other than the fuel deposit of 92 euro that was refunded on my card in one day after drop-off. Would totally recommend Centauro and would totally choose this company next time in Italy.

We have rented a car for the 3rd time from Centauro. Every time we have been met with kindness and hospitality, from arrival at Siena airport, car rental, drop-off and subsequent transport to the airport. The prices are reasonable and the cars are in good condition. We recommend Centauro to anyone who needs to rent a car in Pisa. We have previously rented through the airline compagny. but will rent directly from Centauro in the future.

Car provided for my one week rental. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The service provided by staff was great. It was easy to locate the office in the airport and fairly smooth to return the car at the airport after rental. I would use Centauro again.

Huge thumbs up for both the lady at the front desk, as well as the shuttle driver. Our flights were badly scheduled (arrival at 22:30 and departure at 8:05), but the staff was super approachable and responsive on our pick up and drop off time. They even arrived earlier to work so we wouldn't miss our flight. 👏

We took and gave the car back to the same employee (young man in his thirties). He was super kind and made our day. The car was brand new (12km driven only) and check-in / check-out super easy. The employee and the comfort package are the reasons we drove happy through the though streets of Sicily! We will definitely book again with centauro and the premium package. No hidden costs or headache.

I am extremely happy with the service we received at the Bologna Airport office. I had booked a class B vehicle due to lack of availability for a bigger car and I asked if there was a chance for an upgrade once we arrived on site. The staff were super nice and really helpful with big smiles, they gave us an opportunity to upgrade for a small fee and offered us a choice between a couple of bigger models even though technically they weren't available for booking. The car we chose was perfect as it had enough room for 3 suitcases and party of 5 people. I am really thankful!

Cancel a Booking

  • What is the cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

    There are no cancellation costs with Centauro Rent a Car if you have booked directly with us and as long as you cancel your booking on our website, which is why we suggest booking early to guarantee availability and the best price. 

    Using our booking platform on the website, you can easily cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24hours before the scheduled pick-up time of your booking. After this period, no refunds will be applicable.

    Please remember that we have reserved a car especially for you, if you are not going to use it, this vehicle could be used for another customer.

    In the event of a cancellation, you can choose a coupon to use on future occasions, or a refund of your reservation.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel the reservation directly on our website. Just include the booking number and email address you used when you made the reservation and you then have the option to cancel.
