Really good car rental company! They gave us amazing new car. The staff were friendly and very helpful. During our trip we had a flat tire, but we found a special tire repair kit in the trunk that fit the hole perfectly. It helped us keep driving until we reached a garage to change the tire. Later we simply bought the same type of liquid and topped up their kit, so everything was fine. We had no problems at all, and we received our deposit back very quickly after returning the car. Highly recommend!

Just dropped the car yesterday after renting for the first time from them. I had several rented cars byt this was the easiest and with the best terms so far. Tey accept debit cards, free 1 aditional driver, included insurance, no deposit(apart from ~130€ on hold until you bring the car back) and really good prices. I paid only about 35€ for a BYD Seal(wich is the highest class you can get). Great car by the way, I m actually thinking about buying one. Thank you!

Ignore the pricey main rental companies in the airport. These guys are much cheaper and their cars are newer. Great customer service without the hard sales pressure trying to get you to upgrade. They have a dedicated bus to drive you the 5 minutes to the collection point. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Centauro car rental at Olbia airport. The staff are excellent and helpful. I took the Premium package from their website and was given a car in a class higher than I ordered. The fuel deposit was refunded to the account after three days. Thank you for a pleasant car rental experience.

I recently rented a car for the first time and I'm glad I chose Centauro Palermo. They offer a free shuttle bus from the airport that takes only about 5 minutes to reach their office. As a 22 year old driver they had the lowest young driver fee compared to other companies and the only deposit I had to leave was for fuel which I got back within 2 days. I was also able to pay with a debit card which is rare with other companies. I received a free upgrade from a manual Peugeot 208 to a fully loaded brand new Fiat 600 automatic. The car was spotless and practically new. I also took their full coverage insurance which meant no excess and no damage reports at pickup or return making the whole process stress free. The staff was very friendly and professional and overall I highly recommend Centauro Palermo. - Urh

Everything was so perfect, that I even got curious and checked the reviews with less then 5 stars :D There is no way you rate this place less then 5! I would give 10! Wonderful staff! Service excellent! Car new, clean and in great condition! Thank you for offering an upgrade to automatic for a reasonable cost! Manual, I believe, would be annoying in Sicilian very active traffic! GRAZIE MILLE!

Great service. Although the car we booked always unavailable we got an upgrade which actually served us better. The staff were very helpful and cooperative and the car was in excellent condition. Easy pick up and drop off. Small deposit needed but this is the case in all rentals. Overall I would totally use this again and recommend it as well. Also they provide a shuttle bus for the airport which is very helpful. Thanks guys!

Cancel a Booking

  • What is the cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

    There are no cancellation costs with Centauro Rent a Car if you have booked directly with us and as long as you cancel your booking on our website, which is why we suggest booking early to guarantee availability and the best price. 

    Using our booking platform on the website, you can easily cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24hours before the scheduled pick-up time of your booking. After this period, no refunds will be applicable.

    Please remember that we have reserved a car especially for you, if you are not going to use it, this vehicle could be used for another customer.

    In the event of a cancellation, you can choose a coupon to use on future occasions, or a refund of your reservation.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel the reservation directly on our website. Just include the booking number and email address you used when you made the reservation and you then have the option to cancel.

    If you cannot cancel your reservation on our website, please contact our Contact Centre using the following form indicating your booking reference number,
