Only 1 word - PROFESSIONAL ! I didn't have time to count how much time until I exit the airport... few steps and the transfer bus was in front of me, 2/3 jokes with the driver (very positive guy) and I was at the parking. Then a couple of minutes and I was on my way with a brand new Toyota Corolla Hybrid with only 400km on the dash. No credit card needed !! They work with debit VISA & MASTERCARD holders. I've been in North & South Italy, always with a rent car. Centauro is simply THE BEST !!

This was my second time using Centauro Rent a Car, and once again I had a very positive experience. The car rental was from December 30 to January 6. I was able to choose between two cars of the same class and selected a Peugeot with a beautiful pearlescent green-blue color. It was a fairly high car, almost like a small SUV, in good condition and quite new. The car performed perfectly on the roads in Italy and Switzerland. There were no issues at all. It had good navigation, reliable parking sensors, and was very fuel-efficient. Even though we traveled a lot during the week — driving from Lugano to Milan and to nearby villages — I used only one tank of fuel, or even less. We were met quickly at Milan airport by the company's shuttle and were also taken back when we returned the car. I highly recommend Centauro Rent a Car — this is my second positive experience with them.

I was sceptical about all the rental companies in Bergamo due to very bad reviews, but my experience with Centauro was perfect. I had Premium package so had all the protection, no need to worry about the scratches, etc. Smooth transport to and from the airport, no huge deposit, no harsh extra insurance upselling. I had to leave only 88 eur deposit for the fuel (debit card was accepted) which was returned in 2 days. Car was in good condition (20k km).

From the pickup of the car to the return of it the staff were friendly and very helpful as I was lost and took the wrong bus. They called me back to give a clear instructions. The shuttle driver was really helpful The guys at the desk also very helpful and professional One of the best car service I ever had Keep it up guys. Well done

This is the second time we used Centauro. Everything was smooth and efficient. I booked the car through the app. We were picked up at Cagliari airport, did not have to wait at all. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were given an upgraded vehicle. The return process was quick, we did not even have to go to the office. There was no deposit for the vehicle, just for fuel, it is automatically repaid if you fill the car up, I have not received the funds yet, but we only returned the car yesterday afternoon. Highly recommanded!

I had bad experiences with other rental companies, but this one never failed me (I rented car with them in multiple locations in Italy). Stuff in Centauro Olbia airport was very nice and responsive. They showed me how to use the car (i never used one of this type). They pointed out a better offer which i didnt notice before (much better quality car) and gave better car than I made reservation for. Car was clean and working properly.

It was a great experience, a breeze at the best price I found. Just get the full insurance from their site and you are good to go. Easy check in and even easier check out at the airport... I had an Opel Corsa that worked flawlessly for my 1455km around the island. I'll choose them again for sure and you should too!

This was the second time I rented a vehicle from Centauro at Catania Airport, and once again the experience was excellent. Their online booking process is straightforward and clear, but what really sets Centauro apart is their Smart Insurance cover. It truly covers everything with no excess, meaning you simply return the car with a full tank and hand back the keys—no worries about hidden clauses or fine-print exclusions. This peace of mind is exactly what I look for when renting a car abroad, and so far I've only found it with Centauro. The cars are very good: new, comfortable, and most are equipped with GPS and phone connectivity. I highly recommend this company and will definitely continue using them. The only downside is that they're not available worldwide!

Superior service, better value rental and with a full protection no worries at all. Loads of other companies offer a full protection that has too many fine prints.... centauro is a real stress free experience, so lay back and fully protecting customers. I can't go back to any others, I wish there are more locations around. Keep up the good work
