Therefore, as every year, our best branches have been awarded prizes. Palma de Mallorca was awarded a prize for being the office best valued by our customers at the Airport, and Torrevieja for being the best urban office.
To assess their quality we rely on our customers opinion. Their feedback on the treatment received, time spent waiting in line, information provided about the products and the vehicle condition are some of the topics analyzed in these processes.
There is no external customer satisfaction without internal customer loyalty. This is the premise of Centauro Rent a Car, a company committed to the stable growth of its team, a strategic factor for a solid and sustainable expansion over time.
Therefore, even though Centauro belongs to the tourism sector, where employee turnover is usually high, it has one of the most loyal employee base in the vehicle rental sector, with more than 23 employees who have contributed more than 15 years of their experience to the company.
To celebrate this our CEO, Erik Devesa Sik, gives employee loyalty badges every year; bronze pins for employees who have been with us for more than 5 years, silver pins for those who have exceeded 10 years of seniority and golden pins for those who have been with the company for more than 15 years. This moving recognition is awarded in the presence of all our teammates to celebrate the career of the company’s most senior talent.
We hope to continue awarding quality and loyalty prizes in the coming years; 2019 will be a special challenge for Centauro, which will be taking another step in its international expansion with the opening of new offices in Greece, one of the most attractive tourist destinations of the Mediterranean Route
