More than 80 Centauro Rent a Car employees from over 12 national branches received a Customer Service training at their Finestrat Head Office. A training that is included in the yearly training programme to develop the aptitudes of the team and provide them with the communication skills needed to maintain and improve the standards of customer service.
The training carried out by Victoria Alzamora & Javier Moran under the title of ‘Customer Service, Communication & Sales’ had a duration of 40 hours and was used to reinforce the links and team work within the company and also gave the opportunity to strengthen the corporate spirit within Centauro Rent a Car. District Managers & Area Managers of Andalusia, Madrid, Catalunya, Balearics and the Mediterranean attended this course as well as National Branch Managers and Rental staff who are all responsible for the best service to our customers.
The training focused on the development of the strategic vision of the company, internal & external communications, negotiation and sales techniques as well as customer service that are essential to offer the best service to customers and suppliers.
