One of the most classic destinations at Christmas is the traditional visit to the Spanish capital of Madrid. Madrid displays all its charm during the festive season, in addition, the city offers us several essential events to see and capture those special Christmas moments.

The Christmas Tree at the ‘La Puerta del Sol’, the popular Christmas Market with nativity scenes at the ‘La Plaza Mayor, the switching on of the Christmas lights on the ‘Gran Vía’ main street, the very famous Spanish tradition of eating twelve grapes to bring luck at the famous “Puerta del Sol” clock tower; just some of the reasons why Madrid is a must place to visit at Christmas.

Lleida is another popular destination in Spain for Christmas.
