This rental agency is located about a 7 minutes drive from the airport terminal and roughly 30 minutes from central Valencia. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. When arriving from the terminal, the shuttle is supposed to wait in the roundabout area outside the exit toward the city, where all off site rental company shuttles pick up passengers. The company offers a selection of vehicles, many of them new, and their prices are significantly lower than those of international rental brands. Service, both during pickup and drop-off, was excellent. They clearly make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction: quick, efficient, and always with a smile. I had booked a compact automatic car, and when I arrived they didn't have one available, so they immediately upgraded me to a larger automatic vehicle. During drop-off, everything was handled smoothly and quickly, and the shuttle took us straight to the terminal as soon as we finished. Overall, this is a very efficient rental agency with new cars and very competitive prices.

Serviço excelente, um preço muito bom para o serviço prestado e um carro muito melhor do que aluguei, correu tudo bem e não houve qualquer problema com reembolsos. O carro tinha apenas 2 mil kms, gastava pouco combustível e conduzia-se bastante bem .

I've used Centauro in both Portugal and Spain. Always been very easy and layed back inexperience. We recently had the unfortunate experience of a serious tire punkture. The staff really did their best to find a solution that fitted our need at the moment. And when it turned out that we preferred an option not available (which was ok) there was no fuzz about returning the car early. I really recommend them, used both the Lissabon and Sevilla office.

Bra bil, veldig langt ventetid for utlevering av bil. Men hadde mye glede av denne bilen, vi bestilte en Fiat 500 men fik en mye større bil (ikke noen ekstra kostnad) Men mye klager på ventetid og jeg føller at den kan fikser dette veldig enkelt, hadde nok disken men alle jobber sooooooo saaaakkkttte (slowly)
