This rental agency is located about a 7 minutes drive from the airport terminal and roughly 30 minutes from central Valencia. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. When arriving from the terminal, the shuttle is supposed to wait in the roundabout area outside the exit toward the city, where all off site rental company shuttles pick up passengers. The company offers a selection of vehicles, many of them new, and their prices are significantly lower than those of international rental brands. Service, both during pickup and drop-off, was excellent. They clearly make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction: quick, efficient, and always with a smile. I had booked a compact automatic car, and when I arrived they didn't have one available, so they immediately upgraded me to a larger automatic vehicle. During drop-off, everything was handled smoothly and quickly, and the shuttle took us straight to the terminal as soon as we finished. Overall, this is a very efficient rental agency with new cars and very competitive prices.

Initially, I had some doubts about Centauro since it's not a very well-known rental car company to me. However, everything turned out to be perfect. The smart key collection was very efficient and easy to use, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The car condition was excellent. The refund process was also incredibly smooth and fast — they refunded the remaining unused fuel upon return, and the money was credited back to my card within 2 days. By the way, I'm from Malaysia, and I'm very satisfied with their service. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Mi seguro del coche me envío a esta empresa para recoger coche de sustitución y todo fue muy bien. Me entregaron un coche prácticamente nuevo, muy limpio y con el depósito lleno. Solo tuve que pagar el depósito de gasolina como fianza y me pareció razonable sobre todo porque podía devolverlo luego vacío sin tener que pasar por una gasolinera. Me atendieron rápido y al entregarlo me devolvieron el porcentaje de gasolina que no había gastado al momento prácticamente. Muy buen servicio.

Un acierto alquilar aquí. Bueno, bonito y barato. Tal y como prometen, no me retuvieron de la tarjeta más que 22'5 euros para gasolina que me han devuelto al entregar el coche con el combustible recibido. Por lo demás el precio, con seguro a todo riesgo, es fantástico y el coche tenía menos de 10 mil kms cuando lo cogí. Perfecto todo y trato excelente. Si siempre es así...se han ganado un cliente

Alquilamos un vehículo en CENTAURO Compostela y lo entregamos en Madrid. Excelente atención de sus empleados, clara información nos brindaron toda la ayuda y contestaron las preguntas que hacíamos. El coche tenía algunas roces por uso anteriores , pero la empresa detalló todos en el contrato (eso me pareció muy correcto y serio de parte de ellos), suer recomendable!! Muy buen servicio!!

Bra bil, veldig langt ventetid for utlevering av bil. Men hadde mye glede av denne bilen, vi bestilte en Fiat 500 men fik en mye større bil (ikke noen ekstra kostnad) Men mye klager på ventetid og jeg føller at den kan fikser dette veldig enkelt, hadde nok disken men alle jobber sooooooo saaaakkkttte (slowly)
