(hereinafter referred to as "Centauro"), domiciled at Trento (TN), Via Benedetto Giovanelli 37, as data controller,  will process the personal data that you have provided or may provide in the course of an interview, in order to process your possible participation in the personnel selection processes, as well as to keep you informed about possible selection processes in which you may participate in the future. Furthermore, we inform you that Centauro reserves the right not to process incomplete applications.

The provision of your personal data for Centauro’s management of personnel selection processes of is mandatory. Failure to provide them would make it impossible to manage these selection processes.

Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the personal data protection legislation, you are hereby informed that Centauro Rent a Car, Lda. (hereinafter, “Centauro”), with address at Av. Eng. Duarte Pacheco, 19, 3D, 1070-100 Lisbon, Portugal , will process the personal data that it has been provided with, in addition to the data that it will be provided with, as applicable, in the event of a possible personal interview, in order to generate your possible participation in recruitment processes, and to be notified about possible recruitment processes that may fit your profile in the future. Likewise, you are hereby informed that Centauro reserves the right to not process incomplete orders.

The personal data you provide us with is necessary to manage and handle the Centauro staff recruitment processes; not providing the data would make it impossible to carry out the aforementioned recruitment processes.  Therefore, the processing is based on the pre-existing contractual relationship between you and Centauro. Likewise, it is understood that upon sending your CV to Centauro, you reasonably expect your personal data to be processed in accordance with the aforementioned purposes, and is thus considered to be in accordance with your interests and respects your rights.

You must guarantee the veracity of the personal data you provide to Centauro. In addition to this, Centauro may periodically request you revise and update the personal data that you have provided. Your personal data will be maintained for the period strictly necessary to handle the recruitment processes that you are participating in or may participate in, within a period never greater than 12 months, and will be deleted when it is determined by Centauro that there is no recruitment process that fits your profile; however, it is stored for a period (currently five years) that is determined by the legislation applicable at all times, taking into account the purposes of collection and the legal obligations to which Centauro ascribes.
