Vurdering av 강금정 om vårt kontor på Firenze - Flyplass
"I would highly recommend this rental company to anyone renting a car in Florence! The staff were incredibly friendly, and their explanations were concise, clear, and accurate. The security deposit was reasonable rather than excessively high, and even though I returned the car without refueling, they deducted only the exact fuel cost from my deposit and promptly refunded the remainder. I truly appreciated their transparency and fairness. Getting a well-maintained automatic car with full coverage at such an affordable price felt like a real bargain. The complimentary shuttle service between Florence Airport and the rental office also made the entire process extremely convenient and stress-free. The car was in excellent condition and made my journey through Italy comfortable and enjoyable. I am genuinely grateful for such a positive experience and would definitely choose this company again. If you are planning to rent a car in Florence, I wholeheartedly recommend them!"
