Problems obtaining your password?

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://www.centauro.net/en/login/
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
  3. In the box provided write your email address and click on the SEND button
  4. If everything is correct you will receive in your inbox an email to reset your password
  5. Click on the link embedded in the email and this will take you to our website where you can write a new password.
  6. Now you should be able to access your account

*If you get the error  ‘No customer information can be found with this email’ and you are already a Centauro Rent a Car customer, please send an email to centauro@centauro.net with your ID/Passport and date of birth. Thank you
