- Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
- In the box provided write your email address and click on the SEND button
- If everything is correct you will receive in your inbox an email to reset your password
- Click on the link embedded in the email and this will take you to our website where you can write a new password.
- Now you should be able to access your account
*If you get the error ‘No customer information can be found with this email’ and you are already a Centauro Rent a Car customer, please send an email to centauro@centauro.net with your ID/Passport and date of birth. Thank you
