The first section ‘Changes to my booking’ you can find answers to changing the vehicle, return the car to a different office from the collection office, how to extend your contract etc., Using the second section you will find assistance and queries regarding the ‘Services & Products’ to add to your rental once you have collected your car hire. The third section will offer you any help relating to our ‘24Hour Road Assistance’ and finally the last section ‘Other Questions & Conditions’ we will try and help you will another other issue not covered under the previous sections.
